Note to self...

Cereal and apple sauce is NOT a sufficient breakfast to keep me full. I needed a snack by 10am. I haven't done that in over a year!

Thanks for listening,

Try eggs! I always eat a scrambled egg, spinach and mushroom omelette and do just fine. I think you need the protein to keep you fuller, longer!

I was VERY lucky to run into Bob in LA this past December. He was so nice, and those baby blues are even more gorgeous in person!! Thank you for following my challenge blog - I so appreciate it!

I second the eggs. I had scrambled eggs this morning - very delicious!!!

But haha, I resort to cereal because I need that "crunch" factor.

HATE when that happens:(

Good note! lol I know that if I'm going to have cereal, I need to use Almond Breeze... and then count on eating again in about an hour. It just doesn't stick with ya.

Eggs or oatmeal is my usual breakfast. And it does stick to my ribs, definately!

I had decided to just try something different. Branching out to experiment with my new body, you know?

Fail. LOL
