Pffft, so much for clean eating! The good news is that it's a Dempster's Whole Grain Flax bread, but still... and I'm still within my caloric budget, but still...
Anywho... here's a few pics for ya. This is me!
This is a breakfast I had one morning on the weekend. A whole grain flax bagel with PB2 and slices of apple. Heaven!!
Breakfast this morning was porridge with chopped dates and almonds. So delish.
Lunch was leftover yam smash with a sandwich made of ham, tomato and sprouts. There is a smear of butter and a smoodge of Keen's hot mustard on there, too.
Aaand, I forgot to pic my snack, which was a cup of yoghurt with a quarter cup of granola and a tablespoon of dark chocolate chips. Don't worry, I'm sure you'll see it again. :)
Dinner is light, so as to make room for POPCORN!!!! I had a half a sandwich with an ounce of mozza and a 1/4 cup egg white with a bowl of Blue Menu Soupreme, Carrot flavour. First time having this. The sodium is a little high at 420 mg in a cup, but it was definately a tasty soup. And rich in vitamin A (70%).
