Lu - fried egg sammich on WW bread w/ oily salad
Sn - plain yoghurt w/ ground flax & fruit
Sn - carrots
Dn - chicken burger w/ spinach salad
AP - walk the dog for an hour + 3 hours of dancing/stepping
Water - 2-3 litres
