Lu: Chicken breast on salad with my dressing and black olives.
Sn: 1/2 cup cottage cheese, ground flax & sliced cucumber
Sn: paper bag popcorn
Dn: pork chop, couscous salad, steamed cabbage
Sn: 3 oz wine, 1/2 cup chocolate pudding
