Sn: 1/4 cup cottage cheese, 1 tbsp ground flax (pt), kiwi
Lu: 2oz buffalo burger, 1 cup leftover yam fries, all in a flax wrap (pts)
Sn: glass of milk
Dn: pork chop, baby potatoes, grilled zucchini
Sn: core cocoa (milk, cocoa powder, splenda. tastes like dark hot chocolate, yum!)
