My fuel for today:
Br: 3/4 cup cottage cheese with grapes cut into it and 2 tbsp ground flax with a glass of milk to wash my vitamins down
Lu: egg, mushroom, tomato, avocado & lettuce sandwich on body conscious bread
Sn: carrot stix
Dn: buffalo burger with yam fries (oven baked with an egg white wash )
Water: 2 litres
Activity: 35 minutes running on treadmill, possible dog walk later (probable... puppy eyes get me every time)
Calories in: 1713
Calories out: 2284
