Eats so far...

I have to make this quick, as I have to go get ready for work...

No, I did not barf in this bucket! It's 1/3 cup each of porridge, yogurt, blueberries and almond breeze with a squirt of vanilla extract, and it sat in my fridge overnight. I eat this rarely, cuz it's not a fave of mine. But it's not terrible, and it makes for a quick something in the morning which allows an extra snooze button hit. See? There IS a method to my madness.




My lunch salad had an Italian meatloaf serving, 1/4 cup craisins, 1/2 an apple, 10grams of blue cheese, 2 oz of weeds, and a tablespoon of Mediterranian vinegrette. It wasn't until AFTER it was eaten that I saw another blog that had put beets in their salad. I have leftover beets in my fridge. Guess what tomorrow's salad is going to have!?!




That's it, gotta fly. Did 50 minutes of yoga today and feel WONDERFUL.
