The key to balance when you are in the midst of what you realize will be a three day binge is eating really light and healthy when you can. I know my lunch and dinner today will be astronomically expensive, caloric budgetary wise (ooo, new phrase!!), so for breakfast it was yogurt, banana, dark chocolate chips and flax granola. Tomorrow is going to be oodles and oodles of wine and yummy foods, so where I can, I will eat sensibly. Will I work out? Probably not. But I will encourage dancing if possible at the party I'm going to.
I may be absent for a couple of days... the next while is an insane time of busy busy busy and eat eat eat.
But never fear... I will return!!
