If you have issues, or baggage, you may be offended by what you read here. I work through my self loathing of my own fat, and my own fat issues, and I’m told this comes across as loathing all fat people. That is simply not the case.

Here I talk about my issues and my findings, without political correctness. I am not concerned with your issues, or your baggage, or what you may take from this. The title is "My Journey".

This blog is not meant to inspire anyone. I take no responsibility for what you take away from here. You are here as a guest into my inner thoughts.

How to lose me as a follower:

Music on your blog.

Nothing like getting busted at work for reading blogs by music playing. Not that I work in an office, but I think that every time. For me it's because I open four blogs in different tabs at a time, then read until I'm done them, then open four more. I hate having to scramble to figure out which one is playing the damn music, and having to scroll down every page looking for the feature, so I can hit the pause button.

Now I just delete the blog. Which is sad, cuz I like the blogs. I just hate the music.

Thanks for listening,

I do the same thing because i'm usually checking them out at night on the couch while watching movies :) and having music suddenly pop up is majorly annoying.

I have music on mine from time to time but you have to click on it to play it.. not forced on you. That;s one of the reasons I hate 'My Space'. I've never come across a blog with it though. You know what I hate? When people have their blog comments set so you have to do a complete song and dance to leave a comment... you must login in, then you must type in this code, then you must sacrifice a goat on the 3 Wednesday of the month. Very irritating... prevents me from commenting 90% of the time.

Yeah, I hate having music forced on me... Even when I go to a band's webpage or something, I would rather have to click 'play' than have it just start all of a sudden... ~.~'

I kinda feel the same way about the music. I read blogs while "watching" tv with the family. I get no end of dirty looks when music comes blaring our of my laptop!!
