Today's menu (again, planning as I'm writing so bear with me):
Br: oatmeal custard (milk, oatmeal, cinnamon oil, with an egg thrown in at the last minute)
Lu: ham & spinach salad wrap
Sn: cottage cheese, fruit, ground flax (0 pts for 1 tblsp)
Dn: steak & swiss chard
AP: 1/2 hour stepping, dog walk, 50 minutes yoga
