If you have issues, or baggage, you may be offended by what you read here. I work through my self loathing of my own fat, and my own fat issues, and I’m told this comes across as loathing all fat people. That is simply not the case.

Here I talk about my issues and my findings, without political correctness. I am not concerned with your issues, or your baggage, or what you may take from this. The title is "My Journey".

I am in LOVE

... with dark chocolate chips.

Seriously... one teaspoon is 11 calories, and juuust hits that spot.

Thanks for listening,

Not only are they tasty, but really good for you. Dark chocolate contains mono saturated fatty acids which research keeps showing to benefit so many things in our bodies. It is a yum we can feel good about.

"Me too. Me too" LOL

The kids at work laugh at me...I've had this wee little bag of them for about a year now. In emergencies situations I've been known to pull out 4 of them (just enough to calm the demons)

Ah yes, the demons.

I'm putting them in my oatmeal, but what prompted this particular post was putting them in my yogurt and fruit mix. Holy goodness!!
