PMS or Stress??

I tell ya, I'm double whammied right now. The stress I'm under plus the fact I'm PMSing is making me want to inhale everything in my kitchen then hit every drive thru in town.

How am I dealing with this? Well, instead of eating large meals, I'm eating half the size. Enough that logically I know I am fueled and satisfied. Because I also KNOW I'll be back in that kitchen in less than two hours rummaging again.

So I am doing my best to stay within my caloric budget while allowing for my insane hunger and need to eat frequently.

Sigh.

Oh, chica, I feel ya.

I actually think those menstrual huts should come back in style. I think they were on to something. I could even go for a menstrual slap like some of the Orthodox Jews do it. Sounds almost therapeutic, don't it?

Hormones always get the best of me. The best I can do is be careful of what I stock in the pantry and in the fridge.
